Before submitting a booking, please ensure the following are applicable:
- You must not be showing any symptoms of Coronavirus
- You must not have returned from any travel outside of the UK in the last 14 days
- You must not have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus in the last 14 days
If any of these apply, then we ask that you do not carry on with the booking.
Please ensure you have read the rules and are fully aware of the current guidelines before attending the club.
Bookings are for 90 minutes. You will need to ensure that you arrive promptly at your start time and not earlier. You will have ten minutes to leave the green after the end of the session time shown on your booking. You can leave earlier if you wish.
Only 3 Rinks are available for each session, and will either be Rinks 7, 9 & 11 or 8, 10 & 12.
The start times will be slightly staggered for each rink to allow time for people to arrive and leave the club with minimal contact. E.g. Rink 12 will arrive at 14:00 then Rink 10 will arrive at 14:10.
The use of the rinks will be determined on the day by the Greens Committee or Covid Officer on duty.
Upon your arrival at the green, you will be advised which rink you should use if this is different to your original booking.
There are three different calendars, one for each of the available rinks in each session. Available dates for each rink are shown in blue, you cannot book further than 14 days in advance, unavailable dates will be shown in red.
Select your required date for your chosen rink and all available time slots will be shown under the calendar in yellow.
Once you have selected a time slot, this will show in green, please double check you have selected the correct slots for your booking.
At the bottom of the form, you must enter a valid name, email and telephone number. You must also tick the box to confirm that you have read the rules and will abide by them during your visit.
You can access a full copy of the rules by clicking the link next to the tick box, you will have to press the back button to return to the booking page to continue and submit your booking.
You will need to enter the security code before you can Submit your booking. You will be re-directed to a booking confirmation page if your booking has been successful. You will also receive an email confirmation for all successful bookings.
